The supervisor we had is really cool, the team is kind and people help each others. The instructor is motivated. Just know that you can easily get fired and the minimum number of bins expecting is almost impossible to do. First experience in Apple picking for me so I don't have comparison. You need to carry your ladder to pick apples at the top of trees.
