Farm & Seasonal Work in West Coast

The Coast is long, wet, wild and short on people — which works in your favour. Franz Josef, Fox Glacier, Hokitika and Punakaiki hire hospitality and tourism staff for the summer season, and staff accommodation is common because there's nowhere else to live.
Dairy farms up and down the coast need calving support from July to September. Job volume is smaller than the east coast, but so is the competition.
